In my opinion you need an agent who is willing to help you achieve your goal and get you there in a timely manner. Nancy accomplished this by; educating us about the current housing market, effectively communicated with other agents who represented their buyer, and did everything I asked her to do without any fuss or complaints.

With our busy schedule Nancy was very efficient in the way she communicated with us. She constantly gave us status update to let us know where we stood. I was never in the dark about anything.
